1. If the student does not join the Zoom meeting within ten minutes after the scheduled time, the tutor will end the meeting and the session will be cancelled. 
2. If a student has two absences (doesn’t show up for two meetings) without sending us prior notice (before 24 hours), all future scheduled sessions with the student will be canceled and the student will not be allowed to sign up for any other sessions. 
3. If you need to cancel a tutoring session, please do so at least 24 hours before.
